Cyprus – Andorra, double tax treaty

On 18 May 2018 Cyprus signed a tax treaty with Andorra the provisions of which will come into effect on 1st January following the date the treaty comes into force.

The treaty is based on the OECD model convention and provides for zero withholding taxes on dividends, interest and royalty payments.
